Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services reviewed on malina-aussie.com in relation to the Malina brand and your use of the associated website and services. They are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all access to and use of the site by users located in Australia.

  • "Player" means a User who has successfully created a gambling account with the Malina branded online casino operated by Rabidi N.V. or its affiliated payment or service providers.

  • "Bet" or "Stake" means any sum of money wagered by a Player on a game, event, or outcome using the Malina casino platform.
  • "Wager" means (i) the placing of a Bet on a game or event; and (ii) for bonus purposes, the aggregate amount staked that counts towards fulfilling wagering requirements.

  • "ACMA Blocking List" means the list of blocked gambling websites and related regulatory information maintained by the Australian Communications and Media Authority at https://acma.gov.au/blocked-gambling-websites.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age requirements

  • 18+ requirement: You may only create and hold an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age or older than the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. For Users in Australia, this is 18 years.
  • Legal capacity: By registering an Account you represent and warrant that:
    • you are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
    • you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
    • online gambling is not illegal or prohibited in your place of residence.
  • Australian regulatory note: The Operator holds a Curacao licence and does not hold an Australian licence. Account creation process

User obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes (for example, change of address, email or payment method). The Operator may rely on the information provided and is not liable for losses arising from your failure to update it.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Malina casino. Creating multiple Accounts, including under different names or email addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of Bonuses, voiding of winnings and closure of all related Accounts.
  • Password security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must:
    • keep your password secret and not disclose it to any third party;
    • not allow any other person to access or use your Account;
    • use strong passwords and change them periodically;

  • Account activity: All activity on your Account, including Bets placed and transactions made, is deemed to have been carried out by you. Betting & Gameplay Rules

General betting rules

  • Game rules: Each game or category of games (slots, table games, live casino, etc.) is governed by its own rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information provided by the relevant software supplier (for example, Pragmatic Play; see their compliance resources at https://pragmaticplay.com/en/compliance/). By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game displays the permitted minimum and maximum stakes. You may only place Bets within these limits. The Operator may adjust limits per Player or per game at its discretion.
  • Placing a Bet: A Bet is placed when you:
    • select the stake and confirm the Bet within the game interface; and
    • the Bet is accepted and registered on the Operator's servers.
    Once accepted, a Bet cannot normally be cancelled or changed.
  • Valid Bets: A Bet is valid only if:
    • it is registered on the Operator's servers before the start of the relevant game round or event;
    • your Account has sufficient available balance (Real Money Balance and/or eligible Bonus Balance); and
    • no technical or human error affecting acceptance is identified.

Cancellation, voiding and modification

  • Player-requested cancellation: After a Bet has been accepted, you have no right to cancel or modify it. In exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion, the Operator may consider a cancellation request made immediately and before the relevant game round has commenced.
  • Operator voiding Bets: The Operator may declare a Bet or a series of Bets void, and adjust balances accordingly, if:
    • the Bet was offered or accepted due to an obvious technical error, misconfiguration, or manifest mistake (including in odds, RTP or paytables);
    • the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms, bonus rules, applicable laws or game rules; or
    • fraud, collusion, use of bots or prohibited software, exploitation of a bug, or other unfair advantage is reasonably suspected.
  • Technical interruptions: If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure of the Operator's systems, the outcome of the Bet will be either:
    • restored from the last recorded state on the Operator's systems; or
    • if restoration is not possible, the Bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Real Money or Bonus Balance, as applicable.

Conduct in live casino, chats and across the platform

  • Respectful behaviour: In any live casino environment, chat function, or other interactive feature, you must:
    • refrain from using offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or threatening language;
    • not harass, intimidate, or insult dealers, other Players or staff; and
    • respect the instructions of the dealers and the game rules.
  • Prohibited behaviour and tools: You must not:
    • use bots, scripts, AI tools, automated decision systems or any other software to gain an unfair advantage;
    • collude with other Players, engage in chip dumping, or operate multiple Accounts;
    • attempt to tamper with or disrupt software, servers, or security measures;
    • use the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Enforcement: The Operator may mute chat, remove chat access, void Bets, confiscate winnings, close Accounts, and/or report matters to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified.

Bonus Terms

Activation and eligibility

  • Bonus offers: From time to time, the Malina brand may make Bonuses available to Players (e.g., welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments). Each Bonus is subject to:
    • these general Terms; and
    • specific promotional rules published with the offer (bonus amount, maximum win, permitted games, validity period).
  • Activation conditions: A Bonus may require:
    • a qualifying deposit of a minimum stated amount;
    • entry of a bonus code during deposit; or
    • opting in via the account interface or promotional communication.
    Failure to meet activation conditions means the Bonus is not granted or may be removed.
  • One per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per:
    • person;
    • household;
    • IP address;
    • device; and
    • payment method.
    The Operator may use available data to detect and prevent abuse.

Wagering requirements and timeframes

  • Standard wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 35x the Bonus amount or 35x the deposit + Bonus amount) before any Bonus funds or related winnings become withdrawable. The exact wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion.
  • Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently to wagering:
    • most slot games may contribute 100%;
    • table games, live casino and some other games may contribute less or 0%;
    • certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering.
    The contribution table or list of excluded games will be provided in the relevant bonus rules.
  • Time limits: Bonuses must usually be used and wagering requirements completed within a specific period (for example, 10 - 30 days from crediting, or 24 hours for free spins). Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings may be removed when the period expires. Prohibited games and abusive play

  • Irregular play: The following (non-exhaustive) behaviours may be considered bonus abuse:
    • placing a single or very high Bet that is a large proportion of the Bonus or Account balance (for example, exceeding stated maximum bet limits while wagering a Bonus);
    • using bonus funds to progress through game stages (e.g., collecting features or free spins) and then completing these stages with real money after the Bonus is cleared;
    • deliberately playing low-risk bets to meet wagering, then increasing risk once conditions are nearly met;
    • multiple Accounts or coordinated play among multiple Users to take advantage of Bonuses.
  • Consequences: In the event of suspected bonus abuse, the Operator may:
    • withhold or cancel Bonuses;
    • void associated winnings;
    • deduct funds from the Bonus Balance and, where justified, from the Real Money Balance; and
    • close or restrict the Player's Account.

Combining promotions

  • No automatic combination: Unless explicitly stated, different Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined or overlapped. You may only have one active Bonus at a time.
  • Order of use: Where both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are available, the Operator's system will determine the order in which they are used (commonly real money first, then bonus funds). Details are provided in the bonus rules.
  • Cancellation by Player: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus. Doing so may result in the loss of all Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not yet become part of the Real Money Balance.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: Depending on your location and availability, the Malina casino platform may support:
    • credit and debit cards;
    • e-wallets and online payment services;
    • prepaid cards or vouchers;
    • bank transfers; and
    • cryptocurrencies, via third-party payment processors where permitted.
    The exact methods available to Australian-resident Players may change over time due to regulatory and banking restrictions.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: You must only use payment methods that are in your own name. The Operator may request documentation to confirm ownership. Use of third-party payment tools is prohibited and may lead to account closure and refund of funds to the original method, where possible.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts will be specified for each payment method. The Operator does not generally charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may. You are responsible for any third-party fees or currency conversion charges.

Withdrawals

  • Verification prior to withdrawal: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may conduct additional KYC checks. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals and possible account suspension in accordance with AML and fraud-prevention obligations.
  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not technically possible, the Operator may offer an alternative method subject to additional checks.
  • Limits and processing times:
    • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, day, week, or month may apply and will be stated in the cashier section or relevant FAQ;
    • The Operator seeks to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, commonly within 72 hours after approval, but actual receipt times depend on banks, payment providers and any ongoing verification;

Currency, charges and refunds

  • Incorrect credits: If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately and must not use such funds. The Operator may reverse such credits and adjust Account balances.
  • Refunds: Bets that have been accepted and resolved are generally irrevocable and non-refundable. A refund of a Bet or Bonus may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where:
    • a game malfunction or system error is identified that clearly affected the Bet; or
    • Applicable Law requires a refund.
    Any decision on refunds is at the Operator's discretion, subject to regulatory obligations.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or revocation of a deposit, the Operator may:
    • immediately suspend or close your Account;
    • void any winnings or Bonuses associated with the disputed funds; and
    • engage collection agencies or legal proceedings to recover outstanding amounts.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations

  • Fair operation: The Operator undertakes to:
    • operate the Services in accordance with its Curacao licence 8048/JAZ and applicable remote gambling regulations;
    • use certified and regularly tested gaming software and RNGs supplied by reputable providers (such as Pragmatic Play and others), subject to ongoing compliance;
    • take reasonable steps to ensure that game outcomes are fair and not manipulated.
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator and Malina seek to provide accurate and up-to-date information on games, Bonuses and rules, they do not guarantee that such information will always be error free or current. Exclusions of liability

  • Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • interruptions, delays, or failures caused by your internet connection, device, or software;
    • failures or outages of third-party telecommunications providers, hosting services, or payment processors;
    • losses resulting from crashes, bugs, or malfunctions that are promptly corrected and for which stakes are refunded or games restored.
  • ACMA blocking and Australian restrictions: Access from Australia to the Malina Services may be restricted or blocked pursuant to enforcement of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) by ACMA, including via the ACMA Blocking List at https://acma.gov.au/blocked-gambling-websites. The Operator and Malina are not liable for:

  • Indirect and consequential damages: To the extent permitted by law, neither the Operator nor Malina shall be liable for:
    • loss of profits, business, contracts, or anticipated savings;
    • loss of reputation or goodwill;
    • any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or Services.

Limitation of maximum compensation

  • Cap on liability: Where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet, game round or transaction, the maximum compensation shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the relevant Bet or Stake; or
    • where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of (i) the Real Money Balance in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim; and (ii) AUD 1,000 (or equivalent).
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-excludable guarantees under applicable Australian consumer protection laws, to the extent those laws apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the User

  • Account closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via any in-platform account closure tools provided by the Malina casino environment.
  • Outstanding balances: Upon valid termination, any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to successful KYC checks and to AML and legal requirements, will be returned to you via an available payment method. Unused Bonuses and associated winnings that are not part of the Real Money Balance will be forfeited.

Termination or suspension by the Operator

  • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, block access to the Services, withhold or confiscate funds (where permitted by law), and/or cancel Bets or Bonuses if:

    • for any other serious reason that, in the Operator's reasonable opinion, justifies such action to protect the integrity of the Services or other Players.
  • Procedure and notice: Where legally and practically possible, the Operator will:
    • notify you by email of the suspension or closure, stating the main reasons; and
    • inform you of any steps required to remedy the situation (for example, providing documents) or how to withdraw any remaining balances, subject to legal constraints.
  • Funds on termination:
    • Where termination is due to suspected unlawful or fraudulent conduct, funds may be frozen and reported to competent authorities;
    • In other cases, the Real Money Balance will be returned to you, less any chargebacks or amounts due, while Bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, the Website or the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
